Fish oil amount and omega-3 amount are not the same thing.

Find EPA and DHA in the facts panel. Compare the same basis: one capsule or the stated serving.

Check oil and capsule sources, allergens and capsule size. Fish oil and algal oil differ in composition.

High doses can interact with some medicines. If you take medication, discuss your choice with a health professional.

Examples to compare

Composition examples, not an individual prescription.

Side by side

Compare the same ingredients and serving sizes. Extract weight, plant powder and active compound amounts are different measures. A larger number does not mean a better effect. Check the label for full ingredients and precautions.
